OnlyFans Manager — lead creator growth.
Team Lead role at HarpPartners. You run a pod of chatters and Account Managers against a roster-level revenue target. Performance compensation tied to pod P&L. Documented path to Head of Department in 12–18 months.
Responsibilities
What a Team Lead is on the hook for.
Hit pod revenue
A roster of 6–10 creators reports through your pod. Hitting the monthly target is your number-one job.
Coach AMs and chatters
Weekly 1:1 with each AM. Floor-walking the chatter shifts. Pulling underperformers into mentoring; promoting high performers.
Defend the plan
You build the pod's monthly plan, defend it with HoD, and report deltas weekly. You raise risk before it becomes a problem.
Hire and fire
You make hiring calls into your pod with the People function, and you make exit decisions when someone is not the fit. This is a leadership seat.
Cross-pod work
You sit in the weekly leadership review. Cross-pod issues — shared chatters, shared traffic — you and the other leads resolve.
Run the rituals
Monday plan, mid-week pulse, Friday review. The pod runs on cadence; you set and protect it.
KPIs
How performance is measured.
01
Pod revenue vs plan
Monthly net revenue of the creators in your pod, vs the plan you signed off on at the start of the month.
02
Creator retention
How long creators stay on your pod. Churn under 12 months is investigated.
03
Team health
Chatter close rates and AM 1:1 quality. People metrics matter — burned-out teams stop shipping.
Benefits
How HarpPartners pays Team Leads.
Senior base + pod share
Senior salary base plus percentage of pod net revenue above plan. Performance-leveraged.
Equity-style upside
Long-term retention bonus paid annually on pod growth across the year. Loyalty is rewarded.
HoD track
12–18 months to Head of Department on hit milestones. The org chart has room above your seat.
