OnlyFans Chatter — your guide to this career.
A trained OnlyFans chatter writes DMs in the creator's voice, builds parasocial relationships, sells PPVs, and runs tip rituals across timezone-covering shifts. At HarpPartners this is an in-house role with base pay, performance bonus, and a clear growth path to senior chatter and team lead.
The role
What an OnlyFans chatter actually does.
A chatter is the agency's sales person. You take over the DMs on assigned creator accounts, write in the creator's established voice and brand, build genuine rapport with fans, sell PPV content, run tip games and custom requests, and keep retention high. The good chatters at HarpPartners hit 18%+ PPV close rates on their roster — about three times the platform median — and they do it without copy-paste scripts or AI replies.
You work in 8-hour shifts inside our chat platform. You have a Tone Bible per creator, a vault of approved content, a PPV ladder, and a senior on call. You write every message yourself. You read the brief at the start of every shift. You log notes on every fan you interact with so the next shift picks up cleanly. You hit close-rate targets and tip-volume targets — both are visible in the dashboard end-of-shift.
What we hire for
Skills we screen for.
01
Native-level English
You write fluently. Typos and grammar drift get noticed by paying fans. Other languages welcome on dedicated desks (FR, DE, ES, PT).
02
Sales empathy
You read a fan in two messages — what they want, what they will pay for, when to push, when to back off. This is the core skill.
03
Typing speed
55+ WPM minimum. You will be in 3–6 conversations simultaneously during peak shifts.
04
Voice adaptation
You can mimic a creator's tone, slang, and pacing without sounding like an actor. The Tone Bible exists, but the talent is in execution.
05
Emotional steadiness
You see all kinds of messages. Some fans are lovely. Some are not. You stay professional, log the bad ones, and move on.
06
Numbers literacy
You read your end-of-shift dashboard, know your close rate, understand the levers, and ask the right questions in the weekly review.
