OnlyFans Account Manager — manage creator accounts.
Own the P&L of 2–4 OnlyFans creator accounts end-to-end at HarpPartners. Coordinate chat, content, paid traffic, and organic into one revenue plan. Weekly review with the Head of Operations. Performance compensation tied to roster numbers.
Responsibilities
What an Account Manager actually owns.
Revenue plan
Quarterly revenue target per creator. Monthly and weekly breakdowns. You build the plan, defend it in the weekly review, and ship against it.
Cross-team coordination
You are the single point of contact between the model, the chatter team, the content desk, paid traffic, and organic. Nothing falls between teams on your accounts.
Pricing & strategy
PPV pricing, sub-tier engineering, retention loops, tip rituals — you own the strategy and review what is working weekly.
Model relationship
You are the creator's primary contact at the agency. Weekly 1:1, monthly review, transparent reporting. Trust is earned in this seat.
Performance reporting
Weekly numbers package to the creator and to HoD. What moved, why, next week's plan. Honest about misses, fast on fixes.
Risk & exit
When something stops working, you raise it early. When a creator wants to leave, you handle the 30-day exit cleanly. Both happen — own them.

Operational thinking
You break revenue down into the levers that move it. You can explain why a PPV underperformed in three minutes, with numbers.
Communication chops
Written reports, verbal updates, conflict-de-escalation when teams disagree. Direct, calm, factual.
Adult-niche literacy
You understand the platform, the creator economy, the realities. You can talk shop with the model and the chatters.
Numbers fluency
Comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, attribution data. You do not need a data analyst to tell you what your roster is doing.
