OnlyFans Content Manager — role & application.

Plan, shoot, edit, schedule, and review content with 1–3 creators on the HarpPartners roster. The Content Manager is the bridge between creative direction and OnlyFans operations — you own the content calendar, the look book, and the post-production pipeline.

Responsibilities

What the Content Manager owns end-to-end.

Content calendar

Monthly + weekly planning per creator. Themes, drops, PPV scheduling, special-occasion content. Approved with the model in the weekly review.

Look book & creative direction

Wardrobe, makeup, lighting brief per shoot. You source props, book the apartment when needed, brief the photographer or run the shoot yourself.

Shooting & on-set ops

Periodic on-set days with creators. Camera, lighting, sound. Director-on-the-day role for the model.

Post-production

Premiere/CapCut editing, Photoshop retouching, transitions, watermarking. Quality control before anything reaches the vault.

Vault management

Tagged content library, PPV ladder population, mass-DM asset prep. Chatters draw from this — you keep it organized and fresh.

Performance review

Weekly metrics on content type vs revenue. What worked, what to repeat, what to drop. Documented and shared with the AM.

Requirements

Mandatory skill stack.

Premiere Pro or CapCut

Fluent in at least one video editor. Premiere preferred; CapCut acceptable for short-form-first workflows.

Photoshop or Lightroom

Color, skin, retouching, batch processing. AI-tooling welcome but you still need the manual chops.

Adult-niche comfort

You are working with OnlyFans content full-time. Comfort, professionalism, and discretion are non-negotiable.

Creative direction sense

You can look at a creator's brand and say which content type will sell and which is a waste. We hire for taste, not just technical skill.
